The hotel's location was excellent for exploring Firenze, with main attractions within easy walking distance. However, the rooms were very dirty with grime on the floor and walls, and the service was sporadic. The dining options were limited, offering only one croissant, juice, and coffee for an additional fee. On the bright side, the location was great for sightseeing.

The hotel is ideally located, close to shops, the Duomo, and the Statue of David. The rooms appeared tidy initially but were quite dirty upon closer inspection. The laundry room with a dryer is convenient, and the spacious 1250 square feet accommodations are beautifully decorated.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with a fully fitted kitchen, including all necessary utensils, 2 large bedrooms, a foldaway double bed in the living room, TV, and 2 bathrooms. The location is great, just a short walk to the Duomo and other attractions, with beautiful views of Santa Croce. However, the area can be a bit sleazy, and it's a bit far from the train station. The service is accommodating, providing exact addresses for taxis and even breakfast ingredients, and the dining options are sufficient.
